No Refunds
All purchases made through Hermes Agent Helper are final and non-refundable.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:
- All subscription payments are non-refundable
- No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of a subscription period
- Cancelling your subscription will not result in a refund for the current billing period
- Your service will remain active until the end of the current billing period after cancellation
Why We Don't Offer Refunds
Each subscription includes dedicated server resources that are provisioned exclusively for your use upon purchase. These resources incur real infrastructure costs from the moment of provisioning, regardless of usage.

We encourage you to:

- Read our documentation to understand what the service includes

Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:
- Your service will continue until the end of the current billing period
- No further charges will be made
- Your server and data will be deleted within 10 days after the billing period ends
